At the start of 2025, Bell Cleaning Services was awarded a new contract with Aberystwyth University to provide gutter clearance services twice annually across the campus. Universities present unique challenges due to the scale and diversity of their buildings, making reliability and attention to detail essential.
We carried out the first round of gutter clearances during the summer, using specialist access equipment and trained operatives to work safely from the ground and efficiently across a range of building types. Our team ensured that all gutters were thoroughly cleared, preventing potential water damage and improving the overall condition of the university’s facilities.
The quality of our work and the professionalism of our team impressed the University’s estates department, leading to the award of additional services, including roof cleaning. This expansion of the contract reflects both the high standards we deliver and the trust we build with clients.
