Bell Cleaning Services partnered with Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice to deliver a tailored cleaning solution that met the distinct needs of both their healthcare and office environments. The hospice required a reliable cleaning service seven days a week to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and provide a safe, welcoming space for patients, families, and staff. At the same time, the attached administrative offices needed a consistent five-day-a-week cleaning schedule to ensure a professional and productive environment for employees.
To meet these needs we designed a flexible programme that balances daily hospice cleaning with weekday office support. In the hospice, the team carries out thorough sanitisation of patient rooms, communal areas, staff facilities, and restrooms, with a particular focus on infection prevention. Colour-coded equipment and approved cleaning products are used to minimise cross-contamination and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. For the offices, evening cleaning is arranged around staff working hours, covering desks, kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms, and waste removal.
