Our Social Housing Division is dedicated to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming living environments for residents, ensuring that communities thrive in well-maintained spaces.

Our Social Housing Cleaning Services include:

• Communal Area Cleaning to shared spaces such as hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and elevators, ensuring high-traffic areas are kept clean and presentable for all residents.

• End of Tenancy Cleaning providing comprehensive cleaning services for vacant properties to prepare them for new tenants. We provide deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, kitchens, bathrooms, and all living areas.

• Specialist Cleaning Services providing many services including needle sweeps, hoarders cleaning, rubbish removal and garden clearances.

 

We also provide quick responses to emergency cleaning needs, such as spillages, bodily fluid removal, graffiti removal, and waste management.

 

We coordinate with our clients to address specific cleaning requirements promptly.

 

For the majority of our contracts, we use environmentally friendly cleaning products to ensure a safe and healthy workplace whilst reducing the impact on the environment.

 

For all of our contracts we undertake routine inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. These are carried out by site supervisors and an independent auditor.
