Fast Growth 50 Index 2025!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been named one of the Fastest Growing Companies in Wales for the second year in a row, earning a place once again in the prestigious Fast Growth 50 Index.

Since our Managing Director Steve Baker acquired the business in May 2019, we’ve grown rapidly to become a leading name in window cleaning, commercial contract cleaning, and specialist cleaning services, including mould remediation.

As a family-run business, we’re proud to operate across Wales and the Midlands, working with major clients such as Pobl Group and Hedyn. Today, we employ over 150 dedicated team members and run a fleet of nearly 50 vehicles — a reflection of our ongoing growth, professionalism, and commitment to quality service.

Our leadership team includes Steve Baker (Managing Director), Steve Tiley (Business Director), and Jackie Tutton (Finance Director), who together drive our vision for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Under Steve’s leadership, we’ve gone from strength to strength. Having previously built two other successful companies — Crystal Cleaning and Crystal Group — Steve has now achieved the remarkable milestone of seeing all three of his companies recognised in the Fast Growth 50 Index.
