Tenancy House Cleaning and Maintenance

We provide end of tenancy and pre-tenancy cleaning services. We work with both estate agents and private landlords to help them get their properties back to a lettable or saleable standard. We can carry out repairs, paint and decorate, remove and dispose of rubbish and clean properties. Our business has flourished, and our reputation has spread by word of mouth because we build a strong relationship with every client that is built upon reliability and trust.  Our End of Tenancy cleaning is carried out by a dedicated experienced team of cleaners who specialise in properties that require deep cleans either at the end or at the start of a tenancy.  Additional services can also include, carpet cleaning, oven cleaning and window cleaning.  We also hold a waste carriers’ licence so can remove rubbish and unwanted items and even carry out full house clearances. A typical End of Tenancy cleaning specification includes:

• Switches and sockets wiped clean

• Hard floors swept and washed and sanitised

• Bathroom areas thoroughly cleaned and sanitised

• Kitchen areas all thoroughly hygienically cleaned inside and out of all cupboards

• Radiators and pipework wiped and cleaned

• Inside of cupboards and fitted wardrobes cleaned

• Inside and outside of kitchen appliances

• Oven, hobs, hood, extractor and filters cleaned

 

Window Cleaning

We offer one-off and regular monthly or six-weekly window cleaning. We use pure water through a water-fed-pole system. Our window cleaners clean all window and doors including cleaning the frames, sills and glass on every clean.

Gutter and Fascia Cleaning

We offer a gutter vacuum clearing service to clear the inside of blocked guttering. We also externally wash and clean guttering, fascias and UPVC.

 

Conservatory Roof Valeting

We can clean conservatories internally and externall. We pre-treat with a specialist ecological traffic film remover to break down grime. This service includes cleaning of roof panes, roof bars, crestings, side frames, sills and gutters/fascias of conservatory. Once the cleaning has been completed, we will rinse the roof with purified water to leave a spotless finish. All glass is also deeply cleaned and rinsed with purified water.

 

Pressure Washing

We pre-treat the area with an ecological traffic film remover, pressure wash and rinse clean. We pressure wash driveways, pathways, patios, decking, walls and cladding.

Domestic Regular Internal Cleaning Services

We offer a bespoke regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning service. Our cleaning supervisors will meet with you to discuss your requirements and then tailor our service to meet your needs.

 

Carpet Cleaning

We offer a high-quality carpet cleaning service using the best equipment and specialist chemicals available that will leave your carpets looking and smelling fantastic. We can also clean upholstery, rugs, chairs, and beds.
